This heater is not your standard patio heater. This is actually a heater made for a tent. So no carbon monoxide in the tent. Don't be fooled into the patio heaters that some guys rent.

At Coastal Tents, we provide a variety of tent options suitable for all kinds of outdoor events, including weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings. All our tents are High Peak. (The nice ones)
How does the rental process work?
To rent a tent, simply reach out to our team with your event details, including date, location, and guest count. We’ll guide you through the rental options, help you select the perfect tent, and handle the delivery and setup.
Do you offer delivery and setup services?
Yes, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, including timely delivery and professional setup of your rented tents. Our team ensures everything is securely in place for your event, allowing you to focus on enjoying the day. Delivery fees differ depending on your location on the island. We do not deliver to Nassau County.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Our tents are designed to withstand various weather conditions, but safety is our priority. If inclement weather is forecasted, we can discuss options for securing your setup or rescheduling your rental as needed. We shut down in the month of December trough February. We do not want to risk a snow fall and losing our tents.
Can I customize my tent rental with lighting and decor?
Absolutely! We offer a range of add-ons, including lighting, sidewalls, and a heater to enhance your tent and create the perfect atmosphere for your event. Although all our tent packages come with everything you need for a great time.
How far in advance should I book my tent rental?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking your tent rental at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak event seasons. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests, so feel free to inquire!
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate modifications to your order. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we will assist you with the necessary steps.
Is there a deposit?
At Coastal Tents, we take a small fee of only 10% for a deposit. Just to insure you get the date you want. Beware of the guys who ask for half or full payment. We have experienced fly by night guys who wont show up or answer your call after they get your money.
